My mission

You are your own motivation 

My role as a fitness fanatic and skin therapist is not only to help people lose or gain weight, build muscle or tone. Knowledge is power! I want to teach people understand their own bodies and skin in terms of type and nutritional needs, reach their body goals whilst attaining a healthy glowing skin at the same time. I want everyone I interact with to never fall out or relapse. I’ve been fortunate enough to turn my passion into thriving profession, helping people who struggle with health goals . However, I wanted to do things differently and focus on each individual’s personal needs. In order to attain desired result I analyze your body and skin type, then customize a meal and workout plan based on what the individual’s body requires.

About Me

A walking testimony 

My name is Charti Mudau, I hold a Diploma in Somatology from the University of Johannesburg. I majored in Anatomy, Physiology and Skin Therapy. 
I had challenges with my weight fluctuating rapidly. I always worked out and would see my body transforming but I found it hard to maintain the results. 
I have always been intrigued by how one's body and skin could transform as a result of fitness and clean eating. I decided to enter the HEAT Challenge (on Instagram) Round 6, which you compete with a thousand of people around the world transforming your body by clean eating and exercise. With the hard work that I put in, following the recommended meal plans I became the overall global winner (Pictures in testimonials). 

The knowledge I have gained from my studies, research, woking experience as a therapist and the HEAT Challenge enhanced my understanding of body transformation and I have found the winning formula thereof. So I decided to share it with others since about every 3rd person struggles with body confidence.

30 Day Challenge 

How competitive are you?

This is a fun interactive 30 day challenge where you compete with other people and get rewarded if you are one of the top 3 biggest losers. However, the meal plans and workouts are not tailored for anyone. I will forward you 3 types of meal plans and you choose whichever one you prefer. Workouts on a live website which you get signed up to when you join the challenge. You are able to access the workouts whenever it is convenient for you. You will be Part of a WhatsApp support group where you interact with all participants.This is ideal for those who love a bit of competition and want to lose weight only.

21 Day Flat Tummy Challenge 

Look Good, Feel Good

Starts on the 1st of each month to the 21st. This is a 21 day challenge for those who don’t necessarily want to lose weight but reduce their belly. It includes a detox plan, meal plan and is a bit restrictive than other challenges or plans as it only lasts for 21days but the results are phenomenal. 1 session per week

This allows your body to go at a comfortable and easy pace and also allow your body to adjust easy into this new lifestyle. Ideal for those who don’t have much time on their hands and can only fit 1 one-on-one live class in a week. I will also draw a workout plan customized for your goals and body type that you can use on other days on your own.

3 sessions per week

Most recommended and result driven. A total of 1 hour customized workouts per week allows your body to transform faster, most clients start seeing visible results in 2 weeks.

I was losing so much weight so fast it was even giving me anxiety, after I joined the program I started eating properly as I was only eating once or twice a day, I gained 6kg in 4 weeks. What I loved about the program was the flexibility of it and how simple and easy the meals are, she worked with what you have and love. I’m an engineer so my work schedule is unpredictable but Charti always made sure I follow my meal plan and still fit my workouts in my schedule. Within a week I was eating normal again after 2 years! This helped boost my confidence, mood and got rid of my anxiety.

After having my baby, I struggled getting back into my fitness routine and to the body before the baby. This was mainly because i couldn't stick to a healthy, sustainable diet and didn't have consistency in exercising. I knew i needed the push because with my busy work schedule, I always knocked off feeling tired and just wanted to wind down. Joining Fit&Fab gave me the kick start i needed, she pushed me to keep going even when i didn't feel like it and within a matter of time i couldn't wait for the next session. The beauty of it is she pushes you beyond your own limits, works around your tight schedule and the sessions are short (but intense😭) so you get to be fit&fab while carrying on with your tight schedules.I am happy with the progress I've made thus far but it's only the beginning.
